REVISÃO DOS DADOS DE ESFORÇO DE PESCA E CAPTURA DAS PESCARIAS INDUSTRIAIS DE CAMARÃO-ROSA, Farfantepenaeus subtilis (PÉREZ FARFANTE, 1967) (CRUSTACEA, DECAPODA, PENAEIDAE) NA REGIÃO NORTE DO BRASIL

Resumo
Este trabalho tem o objetivo de divulgar os dados anuais de captura, esforço de pesca e índice de abundância do camarão-rosa, Farfantepenaeus subtilis, nas pescarias desenvolvidas pela frota industrial que opera na região Norte do Brasil. Compreende o período que vai do início da atividade por frotas pesqueiras de bandeira nacional, no Estado do Pará, entre o final dos anos 60 e início dos anos 70, até o ano de 2003. Neste sentido, foi implementado um processo de revisão e consolidação dos dados históricos em decorrência de divergências verificadas em alguns anos, principalmente no início da década de 90. Ajustes importantes foram feitos somente em alguns anos, procedendo-se em outros apenas refinamentos. Para o período compreendido entre 1970 e 1991, os dados foram mantidos sem alterações, sendo corrigidos os referentes aos anos de 1992 a 1994 com base em novas informações sobre o número de barcos efetivamente operando. Uma revisão completa por meio de novos levantamentos junto ao setor produtivo foi feita para o período de 1997 a 2003. Os resultados finais são apresentados nas tabelas que compõem o trabalho.

Abstract
The objective of this paper is to publish annual data on the catch, fishing effort and CPUE in the pink-shrimp (Farfantepenaeus subtilis) fishery carried out by the industrial fleet that operates off Northern Brazil. The period covered by the analysis goes from the beginning of the activity by national boats in Pará State between the end of the 1960s and beginning of 1970s, until the year 2003. A process of revision and consolidation of the historical data was implemented due to some divergences verified in some years, mainly in the beginning of the 1990s.
